Shifting Orbits Foundation – Astivaram Program
Since 2018, Shifting Orbits has been focused on operating after-school learning centers in underserved communities across Bangalore. With our partnership, they have opened a new center in Kadugudi near Whitefield in the outskirts of Bangalore with 30 students. The program starts from 8th grade and lays the foundation for a sound high school education and hence it is called “Astivaram”, which means foundation.
NalandaWay Foundation – Sakhi Project
NalandaWay’s Project Sakhi (“friend”) is an 8-year holistic development program for adolescent girls from disadvantaged backgrounds to help them transition into thriving and resilient adults. With our support, a cohort of 25 students in the age group of 13-15 have been handpicked from over 150 students to participate in our prgram at Chennai Corporation Girl’s Higher Secondary School in Perambur, Chennai.

Shifting Orbits Foundation is a for-purpose non-profit organization focused on embracing economically challenged families and providing them sustained support to complete their children’s educational journey. They do this through their scholarship programs and highly individualized after school intervention that they set up in low-income communities.
NalandaWay was started with a staunch belief in art as a healing and learning medium. Through dance, music, visual arts, theater and films we work with children to find their voice, express through art and think for themselves. Our interventions have helped the kids to develop self confidence to be masters of their lives.
